Return Policy

This Return Policy explains the conditions under which you may request a refund for courses purchased from Vivoyouthcleanse.

Digital Course Products

Our courses are digital products delivered electronically upon enrollment. Because access to course materials is provided immediately after purchase, standard EU withdrawal rights for digital content may not apply once you have accessed the course content, in accordance with Danish consumer protection law.

14-Day Withdrawal Period

If you have not yet accessed any course materials, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date for a full refund. To request cancellation, contact us at infocenter@vivoyouthcleanse.world with your order details.

Refund After Access

If you have accessed course content and are unsatisfied, you may contact us within 7 days of your first access to discuss your situation. Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis. We aim to resolve all requests fairly and transparently.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation:

• Email infocenter@vivoyouthcleanse.world with your full name and order reference
• Include the reason for your request
• Allow up to 10 business days for processing

Refund Method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at purchase. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Printed Materials

If you ordered printed companion guides shipped to your address, you may return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
